How does this work?
The process to take advantage of either Genuine Free Gift is really quite simple.
- Step One: When a New Home posted on our website is chosen, the buyer begins the qualification process to receive our Genuine Free Gift of 2.0%.
- Step Two: The buyer informs the Home Builder to advise that they want to receive our Gift. The Buyer and Builder decide how to best utilize our Gift.
- Step Three: They qualify to receive our Gift by completing their mortgage approval for the new home, through the lender of their choice. Remove all conditions on the Offer-To-Purchase of their home. (Our Genuine Free Give is disbursed after possession day of your home, so it is not part of your mortgage approval process.)
