The Gift, is a genuine financial gift equal to up to 2.0% of the purchase price of their New Home.
This Gift does not have to be repaid and we will not attach ourselves to the home in any way. We believe that the new home should be exactly that – their new home, not part of our assets.
Upon selecting a New Home to purchase and your Offer to Purchase is completed with all conditions removed, we place our Gift, in Trust with the Law Firm. Upon completion of the home purchase, the day after/on Possession Day, the Law Firm disburses the Gift monies as directed.
The purpose of the Gift is to help make homeownership obtainable. The Gift is to make it easier to acquire a mortgage or to lower mortgage payments. The New Home Owner can select the Genuine Free Gift to be received into their account after possession day - then use it to pay down mortgage, use it for mortgage payments, pay back RRSP's, etc...
ZERO. Once the Gift has been applied as the new home's downpayment by your Lawyer - it is a genuine gift and never has to be repaid.
Once it has been disbursed by the Law Firm as per instructed, with possession day completed, the purchase is complete and it never needs to be repaid.

There is no application or processing fee to receive the Gift from us and no part of the Gift is repayable.
The Home Buyer may be responsible for payment of typical home purchasing costs for certain third-party expenses such as for closing services, funding advances, taxes and legal costs in connection with the home purchase, the Gift and associated documents.
Only New Homes qualify. Any and all New Homes posted on yournewhomefinder.com qualify. Whether they are already posted by New Home Builders, or as a request by the New Home Buyer, for the Builder to pre-post the new home to be purchased. The home must be a residential property, which includes only: single family homes, semi-detached, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, town houses, and condominium units.
